A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

950,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

The amount equivalent to the above additional collection charge.

Punishment of the crime

On October 10, 2014, the Defendant was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for fraud at the Incheon District Court, and was released on May 22, 2015, and the remaining term of imprisonment was expired on June 9, 2015.

1. Assisting the sale and purchase of phiphones to theO;

A. On December 23, 2016, the Defendant received KRW 400,000 from the O prior to Q convenience stores in Yeonsu-gu Incheon P around the night on and around December 23, 2016, after receiving KRW 400,000 from theO, the Defendant sent KRW 400,000 to I within the vehicle of I parked in front of the above convenience store, and 0.7g g of philop, which is contained in the one-time injection machine from I, around December 24, 2016.

B. On January 9, 2017, the Defendant received KRW 4.50,000 from the O in cash on the front of the S cafeteria located in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City R, and then sent KRW 4.50,000 from the head of the above I’s vehicle located in front of the above restaurant to I, and hadO receive approximately KRW 0.7 grams from I on the rear side of the I’s vehicle parked in front of the above restaurant in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City T around the same day.

2. Upon receipt of a request from A to request for the purchase and sale of phiphones, the Defendant: (a) sent 100,000 won in cash to I on October 12, 2016; and (b) sent 100,000 won in cash to I in the vehicle parked near the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu, Incheon; (c) I divers with phiphones with phiphones from October 12, 2016 to around October 17, 2016; and (d) divers with 10,000 won in cash from A on the street near the X located in the Dong-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City on the 17th day of the same month.

Accordingly, even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant arranged the trade of philophones, which is a local mental medicine, three times.
