A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

B. On February 28, 2013, the Defendant reported F’s resident registration number and account number to H, and made a false statement to the effect that the Defendant would purchase only one B as F, and on February 28, 2013, the Victim B’s employees I notified F’s resident registration number and account number to I, and that the Defendant would purchase only one clean machine as F.

However, in fact, the defendant used the F's name by theft, and there was no intention or ability to pay the purchase price even if the above product was purchased.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, acquired financial benefits equivalent to the total amount of KRW 1,467,800 from the victim of the above goods.

2. Misappropriation lending in the name of F;

A. On February 20, 2013, the Defendant entered “F”, “M”, “M”, and “F” in the column for address column in the “K-si N apartment 102-***” and “F” in the “resident column at the “K” mobile phone sales store located in the Gu-Si Council of the United States of America on February 20, 2013. Accordingly, the Defendant forged one application form for the mobile phone subscription in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations, for the purpose of exercising rights and obligations. 2) The Defendant entered the “F”, “3 million won”, “200,000,000 won”, “2,000,000,” “the first date of use”, “F” and “the date of contract” in the “B1-21,216, Feb. 21, 2013.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a loan transaction contract in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations.

3) The Defendant written indictment of “3,00,000 won” and “3,00,000,000 won” in the first used amount column of the loan limit column in the form of loan transaction contract LAW Capital Co., Ltd. at the same time and place as above 2).
