1. C Crimes committed on November 13, 2013

A. On November 13, 2013, the Defendant forged private document: (a) around 16:00, the Defendant: (b) stated F’s name, resident registration number, account number, etc. in the column of information entry, such as the name of the customer information column of the “new service contract” which was kept in the place as if he was F; (c) stated F’s name, resident registration number, account number, etc. in the column of information, and signed on F’s name next thereto.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a new service contract in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations.

B. The Defendant, at the above time and place, delivered a forged new service contract to an employee of “E Information and Communications” who could not know the forgery at a certain time and at a certain place, and exercised it as if it were a document duly formed.

C. The Defendant, at the above date and at the above place, presented a forged new service contract and a F driver’s license as above, and deceiving the above employees in charge of joining the victim SK Telecom Co., Ltd. as if he/she had an intention or ability to pay mobile vehicle costs and communications charges.

The Defendant received from the victim one unit of gallonian 3 smartphones, which is equivalent to 1,067,000 won in the market value, and received communication services equivalent to 75,000 won in the market value until January 8, 2014.

2. G crime committed on November 14, 2013;

A. On November 14, 2013, the Defendant forged private documents. Around 16:00 on November 14, 2013, the Defendant applied for the purchase of a new service contract, which had been kept at the same place as one’s own, with the knowledge of the resident registration number and account number of friendly F at an agency joining the mobile phone of “E Information and Communications”.
