A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

An application for compensation by an applicant for compensation shall be dismissed.

1. Forgery of private documents;

A. On April 5, 2013, the Defendant forged private document: (a) on April 5, 2013, at the E Center where the Defendant working for Daegu-gu Customer D, signed one letter of loan transaction in the name of F, a private document related to rights and obligations; (b) on April 16, 2013, the Defendant signed one letter of loan transaction agreement stating “10,000 won” and “5,00,000,000 won in the column for initial use; (c) on the date of contract, “F” and “G” in the customer name column; and (d) signed one letter of loan transaction in the name of F, a private document related to the rights and obligations, “F” and “30,000,000 won” and “30,000,000,000,000 won,” and “30,000,000,000 won,” and “30,000,00,00 won”.

Accordingly, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant forged a letter of loan transaction agreement in the name of F, a private document on rights and obligations.

2. Uttering a falsified investigation document;

A. On April 5, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent a forged loan transaction agreement at the customer center on April 5, 2013, to an employee of the aforementioned E-Center who is aware of the forgery, as described in paragraph (a) of the said E-Center; (b) if the agreement was duly prepared, the Defendant sent it by registered mail.

B. On April 16, 2013, the Defendant, at the customer center, sent a forged loan transaction agreement as stated in paragraph (1) to the said employee, who was aware of the forgery, at the customer center, by registered mail, on April 16, 2013.

3. Fraud;

A. On April 5, 2013, the Defendant was the date and time indicated in 2013, and at the place indicated in 2’s (a) as if he/she was the real titleholder of the loan.
