1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year;

2. 7,230,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant opened an Internet site called “C” (hereinafter “instant site”) with pro- job offering B, set up an office for the operation and management of the said site under subparagraph D Building E in Busan, Seo-gu, Busan, and had F and G withdraw money from the account to receive advertising fees from a commercial sex business establishment that entered into an advertising contract, and F and G conspired in order to perform the role, such as responding to the requester’s instructions, managing the notice of the instant site, or withdrawing and delivering the advertising fees deposited into the said account.

On June 13, 2017, from around April 2, 2018 to around April 2, 2018, the Defendant received a total of KRW 14,460,000 to KRW 30,000 per month in the name of H bank deposit account (Account Number I), K bank account (Account Number L), and H bank account (Account Number N) in the name of J, and the sum of KRW 14,460,000 per month from around June 13, 2017 to around April 2, 2018, by inserting all the location, contact number, commercial sex acts charges, advertisements, pictures, signs, etc. of the instant website by inserting them into the name of the H bank account in the name of J, and inserting bank account (Account Number N).

As a result, in collusion with B, F, G, etc., the Defendant posted an advertisement on a business place which is conducted by engaging in commercial sex acts or commercial sex acts.

2. During the period from March 1, 2018 to March 27, 2018, Ptel Q Q from Busan Ptel in Busan in the name of "R", and S, from January 15, 2018 to March 27, 2018, operating each commercial sex business establishment under the trade name of "V" in the name of "V" in the building U in Busan in the traffic industry between January 15, 2018 and March 27, 2018, is advertising commercial sex acts on the instant website, and the same advertisement is reported from the number of men who reported such advertisement.
