A Imprisonment of one year and a fine of 15 million won, Defendant B’s imprisonment with prison labor for six months, and Defendant C’s fine of 3 million won.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants’ joint crime committed the following acts: (a) the Defendants conspired to operate a “F” site to advertise commercial sex acts; (b) around October 2015, Defendant A acquired the right to operate the said site, posted the advertisement pictures of commercial sex acts establishments, and received advertising fees from commercial sex acts establishments; and (c) Defendant B, from November 2015, performed the overall control over the operation and fund management of the said site; and (d) Defendant B, from around February 2017, intended to take charge of maintaining and repairing the above site errors, etc. from around February 2017.

피고인들은 2017. 4. 5. 경 서울 소재 불상지에서 ‘G ’를 운영하는 성매매업소 업주로부터 광고를 해 달라는 의뢰와 함께 광고 수수료 명목으로 30만 원을 송금 받은 다음, 위 사이트에 ‘ [G] ◆◆G 체험 특가 13만 원, ◆◆ 친자매 씩 스나 인의 트윈 바디, 쓰리 썸’ 이라는 문구와 함께 성매매여성의 사진, 성매매 업소의 위치, 연락처 등을 게재하여 성매매업소에 대한 광고를 하였다.

From October 2015 to April 18, 2017, Defendants: (a) transferred KRW 10 to 300,000 as advertising expenses monthly from around 20 sexual traffic business establishments, such as “H”, “I”, “J”, etc. as indicated in the attached list of crimes; and (b) advertised sexual traffic business establishments, etc. by inserting pictures, locations, contact numbers, etc. of women in sexual traffic on the said website.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to make an advertisement on the place of business in which commercial sex acts or sexual sex acts are conducted.

2. On October 2016, Defendant A received access media from “L” to a new bank account in the name of M from “L” at the coffee shop located in Seocho-gu Seoul, Seocho-gu, Seoul, and received a passbook, card (including a password).
