Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. From September 2016 to May 24, 2018, the Defendant created a “F” company that performs the business of promoting and advertising commercial sex acts as an agent in the Internet site, such as “D”, “E,” etc. in the Defendant’s residence located in the south-gu Incheon Metropolitan City from around September 2016 to around May 24, 2018, and published KRW 50,000 to KRW 10,000 per month in the name of the G bank account (Account Number H) in the name of B (Account Number H) or the post office account (Account Number I) in the name of “D”, “E, etc., and published the location, contact address, commercial sex acts, price of commercial sex acts, female employee photograph, etc. of the said commercial sex acts business establishment throughout the country.

As a result, the Defendant posted an advertisement on a business place which is conducted by engaging in commercial sex acts or commercial sex acts.

B. From September 27, 2017 to November 15, 2017, the Seoul Eastern District Court: (a) placed a business advertisement on the site of commercial sex acts, such as “D” and “E,” in the trade name as the trade name of “M” in Seoul Special Metropolitan Gwangjin-gu, from September 27, 2017; and (b) arranged commercial sex acts by receiving 150,000 won from many sexual buyers whose names were unknown, and allowing them to sexual intercourse with N, etc., a female sexual traffic.

In order to assist the aboveJ in engaging in commercial sex acts as seen above at the same time as in the preceding paragraph, the Defendant aided and abetted the saidJ to arrange commercial sex acts by inserting advertisements with respect to the said “M”, which is a commercial sex business establishment, at the commercial sex acts site, such as “D” and “E” in the manner as described in the preceding paragraph.

The Defendant in violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act is a sexual traffic business place called the above "F."
