A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than eight months and a fine not exceeding ten million won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant posted D(E)’s Internet site management and advertising agency business in the United States, and the Defendant’s mother F and G’s online advertising site in the United States of America, which are the Defendant’s child in F and the Defendant’s child in the United States, and conspired to receive advertising fees from sexual traffic establishments.

D, upon receiving a request for advertisement from a commercial sex acts establishment, set up and manage the site of the commercial sex acts establishment for the purpose of advertisement, and the defendant published the site address of the commercial sex acts establishment D and related information about the commercial sex acts establishment provided by D in the "G", and the F made a mutual resolution to find it in the commercial sex acts establishment which requested advertisement and to collect advertising fees.

From March 2014 to April 12, 2016, the Defendant was requested by the business owner of the non-commercial entertainment business that operates I, a new York, in the Defendant’s residence of H Apartment 105-dong 804, Geumcheon-gu Seoul, Geumcheon-gu, to make an advertisement to “G”. The Defendant posted the above company’s web site address, location of commercial sex acts business establishment, pictures, prochos, contact numbers, etc. on the said “G”, and then manages them by modifying the contents whenever requested by the business owner, and received an advertisement fee between USD 65 and USD 150 per week from the business owner of the commercial sex acts business.

In collusion with D and F, the Defendant advertised a total of 29 sexual traffic business places from March 2014 to April 12, 2016, including the list of crimes in the attached Form, by advertising 29 sexual traffic business places on the Internet site, such as arranging sexual traffic or arranging sexual traffic.
