1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 110,345,679 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 28, 2018 to the date of full payment.

According to the overall purport of Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 (including additional numbers) and the entire pleadings, since it is recognized that the plaintiff supplied the defendant with the goods of KRW 277,611,234 (including additional taxes) among February 2, 2017 to December 2017, the defendant is obligated to pay damages for delay at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which is provided from February 28, 2018 to the day of full payment, after deducting KRW 167,265,55 (including additional taxes) that the plaintiff received from the plaintiff (i.e., 277,61,234) and the remaining goods price (i.e., 27,61,234 won - 167,265,555 won).

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
