1. The Defendant’s KRW 126,442,554 for the Plaintiff and KRW 6% per annum from January 26, 2013 to August 9, 2016.

According to Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 6 (including each number), it can be recognized that the plaintiff, who engages in wholesale and retail business of tegratory products, supplied a total amount of KRW 297,39,344 to the defendant who manufactures industrial environment machinery from April 6, 2012 to October 12, 2012. Meanwhile, the plaintiff was paid KRW 170,956,790 out of the price for supply.

Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay 126,442,54 won (29,344 won-170,956,790 won) and 126,42,554 won (29,39,344 won-170,956,790 won) and 6% per annum under the Commercial Act from January 26, 2013 to August 9, 2016, each of which is 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment. Thus, the plaintiff's claim of this case seeking this payment is justified, and is so decided as per Disposition.
