1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 40,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from April 22, 2016 to the date of complete payment.

1. The plaintiff, on December 20, 2005, lent KRW 40,000,000 to the defendant on January 30, 2006. Thus, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 40,000,000 with interest rate of 20% per annum from the day after the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case to the day of complete payment.

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 2 of the Civil Procedure Act).

As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal are amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015, and came into force on October 1, 2015, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case until the day of full payment, and the exceeding portion shall be dismissed.
