1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 61,08,030 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 18, 2015 to the date of full payment.

2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).

As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal are amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015, and came into force on October 1, 2015, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case until the day of full payment, and the exceeding portion shall be dismissed.
