1. The Defendants jointly and severally liable to the Plaintiff KRW 22,00,000 and the Plaintiff’s aforementioned costs

A. Defendant B shall complete the payment from October 27, 2015.

1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;

2. Judgment without holding any pleadings (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 of the Civil Procedure Act);

As the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal enter into force on September 25, 2015, the statutory interest rate of Defendant B and D shall be recognized only as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case to the day of full payment. For Defendant C, only the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 20% per annum from the day following the delivery date of the duplicate of the complaint of this case until September 30, 2015, and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from the next day to the day of full payment, and each excess portion shall be dismissed.
