As the provisions governing statutory interest rates under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals are amended and promulgated on September 25, 2015 and enforced on October 1, 2015, only damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from December 5, 2015 to the date of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case, shall be recognized and the excess portion shall be dismissed.
