A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Nos. 2, 3, 8 and 9, which have been seized by the defendant, shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On October 28, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Suwon Franchising Station (finite), and completed the execution of the sentence at the Innju Prison on April 30, 2016.

[2] Even if the Defendant was not a handler of narcotics, the Defendant treated Mept 2017 Highest 719, which is a local mental medicine, as follows.

1. Purchasing philophones;

A. On January 2017, the Defendant sent to “E” the 200,000 won of hand freight at the D D Cargo Center located in Seoul around the end of January, 2017, by sealing 20,000 won of hand freight.

At the same place of 20:00 on the following day, the hand luggage containing approximately 0.5g of philopon was delivered by E.

B. On February 2, 2017, the Defendant sent 600,000 won to E, after sealing 60,000 won to E at the D Cargo Center located in Seoul around the end of February 2017

On the following day, Kwikset service articles around Swikset in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, received the handphones containing approximately 1.5g.

Accordingly, the defendant purchased philophones from E twice.

2. Medication of phiphones.

A. On January 2017, the Defendant, around the end of Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, stored water in a disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.1g of phiphones, and injected them into arms.

B. On February 2017, the Defendant laid down 0.3g of philophones from the first floor toilet of a new bank located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (Seoul Special Metropolitan City), and inhaled the heat under his/her influence.

On March 2, 2017, the Defendant, at around 18:00, posted 0.3g of philopon from a play room in Seoul Special Metropolitan City H to a gambling room, and inhaled the heat below it.

On March 6, 2017, the Defendant, around 24:00, stored water in a disposable injection machine containing approximately 0.1g of philophone in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, around 0.06, and injected it into arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant administered philophones purchased from E four times.

The defendant of "2017 Highest 2021" shall be a person handling narcotics.
