A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

The evidence seized shall be confiscated from the accused.

Punishment of the crime

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a handler of narcotics, the Defendant treated the Metropha (hereinafter referred to as “philopon”) and MDMA (hereinafter referred to as “Epopon”) as follows.

1. On September 1, 2016, the Defendant issued a philophone to D without compensation, at around 19:00 Seoul Yongsan-gu building and at the Defendant’s residence, approximately 0.1g of philophones.

2. Around 03:00 on January 14, 2017, the Defendant received X-si from the “F” club located in Yongsan-gu Seoul, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, and the Defendant received, without compensation, one X-si from the male who became a guest while working as DJ at a stage.

3. Around 19:00 on January 20, 201, the Defendant, who received X-si delivery, provided that the X-si delivery was granted free of charge to G for the reason that the above Defendant was located in the residence of the above Defendant, and that the X-si was given as prescribed in paragraph 2.

4. Purchasing phiphones;

A. On January 20, 2017, at around 17:00, the Defendant purchased a disposable injection device with approximately KRW 0.2g of 1,40,000 in cash from H and purchased it.

B. On February 7, 2017, around 23:30 on February 23:30, 2017, the Defendant purchased a single philopon 300,000 won in cash from K to purchase it.

5. Medication of phiphones.

A. On December 1, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened the instant Defendant’s residence, around 05:00, with a man in the name of the Defendant (hereinafter “L”), put about approximately 0.2g of philophones into a gambling place; (b) opened the philophones into a rophone; and (c) administered the philophones as soon as possible in a manner that inhales the smoke.

B. On January 20, 2017, from around 19:00 to 24:00, the Defendant administered a total of 0.2g g phiphones by inserting them into a single-use injection machine on two occasions, as set forth in paragraph 4-A, and 0.1g of a phiphones purchased, as set forth in paragraph 4-A, and dilution them into arms.
