A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

Seized evidence 1, 2, 4 through 7, and 9 shall be confiscated, respectively.

Criminal facts

On July 13, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc. at the Ulsan District Court on July 13, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence on March 20, 2018.

Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, the Defendant treated narcotics as follows:

1. On November 2018, the Defendant provided, at around 20:00, approximately 0.4g of philophonephones contained in a single-use part of the ccafeteria building located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City (n, 52 years of age), to women-friendly D (n, 52 years of age) at the underground of the ccafeteria building located in Gwangjin-gu Seoul

2. On February 21, 2019, the Defendant decided to purchase the phiphone from the person "E", which is the sales book of phiphones in Daegu area, and purchased approximately KRW 2.6 million from "E" to 1.11 gramphones by hiding 2,60,000 in cash from G located in Seoul Special Metropolitan City Gwangjin-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City on February 21, 2019, and sending the said phiphones to Daegu by means of transportation of express bus freight, and the said "E" in receipt of the said money was concealed about 21.1g of the phiphones in the paper box at around 13:20 on the same day, and then purchased approximately 21.11 grams from "E" in the way of searching for the handphones through transportation of the frophones in Daegu dong-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Seoul.

3. Around 02:00 on February 22, 2019, the Defendant granted approximately 2.44g gramphones, which are divided into four for a single-use flusium Hel I in Il-gu, U.S., U.S., U.S., U.S., and the Defendant provided the said D with approximately 2.4g gramphones without compensation.

4. The Defendant administered approximately 0.3g of philophones in a single-use injection machine at the time and place described in paragraph 3, and in a way that the Defendant injecteds them into the Defendant’s arms by dilutioning their growths.

5. Around 02:00 on February 23, 2019, the Defendant administered approximately 0.3g of oponphones in the way as described in paragraph 4 above at Gangnam-gu Seoul Gangnam-gu J hotel K.

6. On February 26, 2019, at around 17:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.07g opphones into water in Songpa-gu Seoul L M, Songpa-gu, and administered them by means of injection with a single-use injection device.

7. On February 27, 2019, the Defendant is working-dong in the Sinsan-si of Gyeonggi-si around 23:36 on February 27, 2019.
