A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

110,000 won shall be additionally collected from the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant is not a narcotics handler.

1. The Defendant, using D and high-speed bus bus freight, intended to purchase merptopy 4g g 80,000,000 won, a local mental medicine, (i.e., one philopon; hereinafter “propopon”), and D, around December 17:10, 2017, had E send approximately 4g of philopon using high-speed bus freight from G located in the Seo-gu, Daegu, Daegu, and trading of 19:40 on the same day, and the Defendant received it from I located in H at the Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-gu, Seoul, and sold 19:40 on the same day.

2. Receipt of Handphones;

A. On December 13, 2017, the Defendant: (a) resisted D with a view to not having good quality of oponon received as indicated in paragraph (1); (b) resisted D with a good quality of opon in the same manner; and (c) D sent approximately four g of opon from G via a high-speed bus freight on December 12, 2017; and (d) the Defendant received it from I on December 13, 2017, and received the opon from I to receive it.

B. On February 13, 2018, the Defendant received delivery of a disposable injection device from K at the Defendant’s home located in Gyeonggi-si J around 23:30 on February 13, 2018, for approximately 0.3g of philopon.

3. Medication of phiphones.

A. On December 13, 2017, at around 02:00, the Defendant injected approximately 0.1g of philopon into a single-use injection instrument, dilution with water, and injection with the Defendant’s arms.

B. On December 14, 2017, the Defendant administered approximately 0.2g of philophones at the same place as around 21:00.

On February 13, 2018, the Defendant administered approximately 0.3g of philophones in the same place as around 23:40.
