Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendants committed the joint crime of the Defendants in the Credit Guarantee Foundation pretended to easily guarantee the loan of start-up funds when only a store lease contract, business registration certificate, etc. for the financial convenience of the ordinary people in the Credit Guarantee Foundation was operated by Defendant A, who received a guarantee for the loan of the above start-up funds from the said Foundation, and Defendant A received a loan from a financial institution to use the loan for living expenses or other business expenses, not E operating expenses, and Defendant B offered documents necessary for the issuance of a letter of guarantee and conspired to receive 10% out of the loan as commission.

Accordingly, on August 23, 201, Defendant A submitted a credit guarantee application to the Incheon Credit Guarantee Foundation's office located in 636, Nam-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-dong, Incheon, to the effect that Defendant A may obtain a loan of KRW 20,000,000,000 for the purpose of the E's start-up establishment fund, and submitted a contract for store lease, business registration certificate, etc. to the effect that Defendant A could use the loan in the operation of the above company. Defendant A was issued a credit guarantee certificate on September 2, 201 by the above employees, and Defendant A received a loan of KRW 20,000,000,000 from the above employees at the location of the first place of the Seoul National Agricultural Foundation, the Incheon National Agricultural Foundation had the victim Credit Guarantee Foundation bear the debt guarantee.

As a result, the Defendants conspired to induce the Incheon Credit Guarantee Foundation to acquire the financial benefits equivalent to KRW 20 million.
