1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 44,795,00 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from September 14, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 5, it is recognized that the plaintiff supplied the defendant with a discretionary processing of KRW 149,545,00 from July 30, 2014 to October 31, 2016, and received some of the money from the defendant, and there is a balance of KRW 44,795,000 as of August 11, 2017.

According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 44,795,00 for goods and the damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from September 14, 2017 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the copy of the claim and the application for modification of the cause of the claim in this case sought by the Plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted on the grounds of its reasoning, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
