1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 34,652,772 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 17, 2017 to the day of complete payment.

The Plaintiff’s fact that the price for the goods for which the steel was supplied to the Defendant from February 4, 2015 to September 26, 2016 was 34,652,772 is the 34,652,772, is not disputed between the parties, or is recognized by the purport of Gap’s evidence and all pleadings.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff the amount of 34,652,772 won payable to the plaintiff and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from February 17, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of the complaint of this case, to the day of full payment, and the defendant's assertion that the amount of goods is merely KRW 30 million is not accepted.

If so, the plaintiff's claim shall be accepted for the reasons and it is so decided as per Disposition.
