1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 109,672,729 and the interest rate thereon from June 20, 2017 to the date of full payment.

From July 2015 to October 2016, the Plaintiff supplied CF-225TW, etc. to Defendant A Co., Ltd. and was not paid KRW 109,672,729 out of the price, and Defendant B’s joint and several guarantee of the goods payment obligation of Defendant A Co., Ltd. does not conflict between the parties.

According to the above facts of recognition, the Defendants are jointly and severally liable to pay to the Plaintiff the amount of KRW 109,672,729 as well as damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from June 20, 2017 to the day of full payment, which is the day following the delivery date of a copy of the complaint of this case sought by the Plaintiff after the due date.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim is justified and it is so decided as per Disposition.
