1. The Defendant shall jointly and severally with D to the Plaintiff KRW 11,683,070 and the interest rate thereon from March 12, 2019 to the date of full payment.

In full view of the purport of the arguments in Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 3, it is recognized that the plaintiff supplied steel materials equivalent to 41,683,070 won in total to D operating "E" around June 2018 and did not receive KRW 11,683,070 out of the price of the goods. The defendant agreed to jointly and severally redeem the plaintiff where D cannot pay the price of the goods to the plaintiff around September 27, 2018. Thus, the defendant is liable to pay damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from March 12, 2019 to the date of delivery of the application for change of the purport of the claim and the cause of the claim in this case according to joint and several sureties by the plaintiff.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified and accepted.
