Defendants shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

In the event that the Defendants did not pay the above fine, each of them is 100.

Punishment of the crime

Defendant

A is the director-general of the organization of the CD union North Korea branch, and Defendant B is the director-general of the above branch pipe, and the order keeper of each such assembly.

1. On September 23, 2017, at least 06:30 on September 23, 2017, the Defendants conspired with the victim G G Co., Ltd. and the victim G Co., Ltd., who had been performing construction works after receiving a subcontract for production and environmental installation and dismantling work from F at the construction site of the said new construction site, paid less wages than the above statutory work hours and paid less wages to the other construction site. In order to improve this, the Defendants held an assembly to demand the above labor union employees to employ more than the above labor union employees, with approximately 60 union members present at the assembly and the late door door door door door door to the construction site, and obstructed or prevented the victim G Co., Ltd. and the victim H workers who were working at the construction site from working until 08:50 on the same day.

As a result, the Defendants conspired with each other to interfere with the legitimate construction work of the victim G Co. and the victim limited liability company H.

2. Violation of the Assembly and Demonstration Act;

(a) Where the head of the competent police authority in receipt of a report on an assembly of Defendant A deems it necessary for protecting the assembly and demonstration and maintaining public order, he/she may set the minimum limit and set up a line for maintaining order, and such set-up line for maintaining order shall not intrude into a considerable time without justifiable grounds, damage, conceal, move or remove it, or impair its utility by any other means, notwithstanding police officers' warning

Nevertheless, Defendant A, while holding an assembly on the same date and at the same place as described in paragraph 1 with Defendant I, is out of the line of order maintenance and workers at the construction site.
