Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

Since May 2016, the Defendant continued assemblies under the name of “the suspension of labor activities by the party and the resolution of workers with the unfair dismissal of the party,” along with other members in the D construction site located in Gunsan City from around May 2016.”

1. On May 13, 2016, around 06:55 on May 13, 2016, the injured Defendant prevented the victim E (39 years) from attending work to work at the above construction site office under the above circumstances with 20 members of the Democratic Nowon-do National Plant Trade Union, who work for the above construction site office in front of the schedule for the above construction site, and caused the victim to go beyond the victim by keeping the victim’s chest in hand.

As a result, the Defendant committed a scarcity of the wall after the scarcity that requires treatment for about one week to the victim.

2. On May 13, 2016, the Defendant: (a) conspired with 20 members of a democratic union of plant trade unions; and (b) interfered with new construction works, such as the installation of steel framed production by the victim F, a corporation, by preventing employees who work at work on a one-time basis with the above union members around 07:00 on May 13, 2016 to 07:30 on the construction site; (c) preventing them from having access to construction vehicles; and (d) preventing them from entering the construction site.

3. On June 2, 2016, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties, at around 11:53, as well as members of a democratic labor union at the National Plant Trade Union in front of the said construction site, went out of the venue of assembly and the line of maintenance of order, and went out to the right door at the construction site and went out of the construction site. Accordingly, upon the warning of the chief of the security guard division of the Gunsan Police Station, the former North Korean National Police Agency G and the relevant reduced H attempted to keep the said members, including the Defendant out of the construction site, and the Defendant committed assault on the part of the victim’s face at one time by taking out of the construction site.

As a result, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties such as the maintenance of order and management of police officers.
