1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

Reasons
Basic Facts
The Plaintiff is a corporation whose purpose is building design and supervision services, etc., and the Defendant is the representative director of B (hereinafter referred to as “B”) for building safety diagnosis and structural plant design.
On May 23, 2012, including the conclusion of a design service contract between the Plaintiff and B, the Plaintiff was ordered by Cmanagement Body to design D D for multi-purpose lecture (hereinafter “instant lecture”) and entered into a technical service contract with B on July 27, 2012 on structural calculation of the lower structure of the said lecture (hereinafter “instant contract”).
On October 17, 2012, the Plaintiff requested KStech Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “KStech”) to calculate the structure of the upper structure.
On December 11, 2012, KSE submitted the first structural invoice on March 27, 2013, and the second structural invoice (Evidence A No. 4, No. 58, and No. 13) on March 27, 2013. On April 12, 2013, B submitted the structural invoice (Evidence A 4, No. 1 through 57, hereinafter “instant structural invoice”) to the Plaintiff.
