1. The Defendants: (a) each of the Plaintiff KRW 20,000,000; and (b) Defendant A, from February 4, 2014, and Defendant Co., Ltd.

1. Basic facts

A. Status 1) C Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C”)

) The Corporation shall carry out the entire construction of C E factories and other facilities/constructions in the former unit D (hereinafter “the entire construction of this case”).

A) The contractor and the Plaintiff are the contractor for the design and supervision of the entire construction of the instant case. 2) The Seowon Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Liwon Construction”) are the entire construction of the instant construction, and the Eimanium Construction Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Nimanium”) among the entire construction of the instant case, is the contractor for the SMS (psS) operation and the Jidong Steel Construction (hereinafter referred to as the “the instant steel frame construction”).

3) Defendant B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Company”).

(2) On October 1, 2010, the Plaintiff entered the design, authorization and permission, completion and approval for use of the entire construction work of this case, and the contract on February 14, 201, into the contract on February 14, 2010, on which the structural safety verification and structural calculation as to the instant steel structure were requested, and the Defendant A approved the structural statement as a construction engineer belonging to the Defendant Company.

The entire supervision of the construction works of this case was received respectively.

2) On February 14, 2011, C obtained a construction permit for the entire construction of the instant entire construction, and contracted the entire construction of Seowon Construction. The construction of Seowon Construction commenced the entire construction of the instant case. (c) The Plaintiff and C entrust the instant steel frame construction that requires expertise to SUPPPPPPPPPPPPP.E.B. Ltd. (hereinafter “dual Heavy Industries”), and the said construction method was to be reflected in the structural system.

Accordingly, the construction of Seowon has consulted on the subcontracting contract between the two industries and the instant steel frame.

2. However, the Seowon Construction and the two industries agree on the scope of subcontracting construction, construction cost, terms of contract, etc.
