1. Summary of grounds for appeal;

A. Each sentence sentenced by the court below (one year and six months of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.

B. Each of the above types sentenced by the court below by the prosecutor is too unhued and unfair.

2. Regarding the defendants and prosecutor's unfair argument of sentencing, the crime of this case was committed by the defendants in a systematic, planned, and repeated manner. The crime of this case was committed by the defendants against many unspecified victims. The crime of " Bosing" was committed as a major crime against the economically and socially weak, and the crime was committed as a major crime. The crime was committed as a direct crime of the victims, such as making it difficult for the victims more difficult to do so, and seriously damaging the trust of the government agencies of the general society, financial institutions, etc., as well as the direct victims, and causing very serious social harm. The crime of " Bosinging" which appeared in Korea for a long time is very serious. The crime of " Bosinging" is committed without eradicating despite the media promotion and the intensive control and punishment by the judicial agencies, and it is necessary for the defendants to take part in the crime of " Bosinging" as well as the victims who take part in the crime of " Bosing", and the defendants play a role of telephone counselor, and the crime was committed as a direct deception of the victims.

It is recognized that the damage has not been recovered most, except that Defendant A and D paid damages to some victims, even though the victims are many and the amount of damage is large.

However, the defendants make a confession of all crimes, and the defendants are able to unfold their errors in depth, and the defendants are counselors in charge of inducing the purchase of mobile phones by telephone.
