All appeals by the Defendants are dismissed.

1. The summary of the grounds for appeal (one year of imprisonment for each of the defendants A, D: two years of imprisonment for each of the defendants B, C, and E; one year and six months of imprisonment for each of the defendants F) is too unreasonable.

2. It is recognized that the Defendants made a confession that all of the crimes were led by the Defendants in depth, and that they did not lead the instant crime as counselors in charge of inducing the purchase of a mobile phone by telephone, and that the actual profit seems to be little when compared with the total amount of damage, Defendant B, D, and F are first offenders, Defendant A is punished twice by fine, Defendant C is fined one time, Defendant C is punished by fine one time, Defendant E is punished by fine one time, Defendant E has no record of punishment for each same kind of crime, and Defendant E has no record of punishment for each same crime, and Defendant E deposits KRW 5,676,000 in total for some victims at the trial.

However, the Defendants committed the so-called “singing” crime against an unspecified number of victims in a systematic, planned, and repeated manner. The crime of “singing” is due to the Defendants’ acts of participating in the so-called “singing” crime, such as: (a) making the economically and socially weak persons a major target for a major crime; (b) causing more difficult circumstances to the victims by using a boomed address; and (c) seriously impairing the trust of state agencies, financial institutions, etc. of ordinary members; and (d) causing very serious social harm; (b) the crime of “singing” that appeared in Korea for a long time is very serious; (c) not eradicating the media promotion and the intensive regulation and punishment of judicial agencies; and (d) making them more intelligent as well as being intelligent. In the crime of “singing,” the role of the telephone counselor like the Defendants is the role of the Defendants.
