A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

One divers (No. 1) seized shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

Even if the Defendant is not a narcotics handler, he dealt with the Metropopic of hemp and psychotropic drugs (hereinafter referred to as “copic phone”), as follows:

1. Violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics;

A. On January 2015, the Defendant purchased hemp seeds: (a) paid KRW 40,00 to the bearers of the hemp plant (the name “C”) for the purpose of smoking the seed coats in a Buddhist apartment located in the area of a spaw-dong, Sung-nam-si, Sungnam-si; and (b) purchased the seeds of the hemp plant in a non-spaw-man’s quantity.

B. At around 23:50 on January 2015, the Defendant inhaled the hemp seed coats of the hemp plant: (a) in the Defendant’s residence located in Seoyang-gu D 202, Young-gu, Young-gu; (b) on the hemp smoking machine manufactured using the stuff of tobacco boxes, the Defendant inhaled the hemp seed coats of the hemp plant; and (c) on the hemp smoking machine manufactured using the stuff of tobacco boxes.

Accordingly, the Defendant smoked the hemp seed coats.

2. Violation of the Narcotics Control Act;

A. On February 2, 2015, the Defendant: (a) introduced the F on behalf of E, upon request, the Defendant: (a) “Doing and delivery to seek a philophone” from E; and (b) introduced the F.

Accordingly, E transferred KRW 1,50,000 to the NAF's Agricultural Account on February 3, 2015, in front of G building where the trade name located in the Namdong-gu Incheon Metropolitan City is unknown on February 3, 2015, E, together with the Defendant, carried out approximately three grams of philophonephonephones that were stored in the garbage tank by putting F in a plastic shot paper and then putting it in the garbage tank.

Accordingly, the defendant assisted the trade of philophones between E and E. F.

B. On February 3, 2015, the Defendant who received phiphonephones is above the Defendant at around 02:30.

Within the K7 car operated by E which is stopped in the vicinity of the building described in the paragraph, approximately 0.4g of the penphone is received from E without compensation, and received and delivered it.

C. The Defendant, on February 4, 2015, administered philophones, at the I 1101 room located in G in G in G in G in Young-gu, Young-gu, G, J around 03:30.
