1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

Reasons
1. The facts below the underlying facts may be admitted, either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the respective descriptions of Gap evidence 1 to 4, 7, 8, and Eul evidence 1 to 6 (including each number), and the whole purport of the pleadings.
On September 8, 2005, the Plaintiff entered into an insurance contract with the Defendant stating that the Defendant covers injury, disease, medical expenses, etc. (hereinafter referred to as the “instant insurance contract”).
