1. The plaintiff against the defendant B based on the insurance contract as shown in the attached Table 1 with respect to the insurance accident stated in the attached Table 2.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 16, 2010, Defendant B entered into an insurance contract between the Plaintiff and the insured and the Defendant A with the beneficiary of the survival insurance (hereinafter “instant insurance contract”) on the following grounds: (a) around May 2012, Defendant B changed the beneficiary of the survival insurance to Defendant B.
