A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, as the director of the “C Rental Office” apartment in Yongcheon-si, Youngcheon-si, the document forgery or the document of the above investigation, is the head of the “C Rental Office” apartment in the above apartment. As such, the Defendant, who received delegation from D, the owner of the above apartment, and managed the above apartment, managed the above apartment, with the intention to sell the above apartment by forging the real estate sale contract under the above name of the Defendant, as if he had the right to sell the above apartment.

A. On June 2, 2010, the Defendant, at the above lease office around June 2, 2010, entered in the column for the location of the building in the real estate transaction contract by computer, “Seoul-si 101 Dong 902”, and printed out in the seller’s column “Seoul-gu E, Jung-gu, Seoul-gu, F, and D”, and then forged one copy of the real estate transaction contract regarding the above apartment under the name of the said D by affixing the seal of the said D, and issued it to G who is unaware of the said circumstances as if they were duly formed.

B. The Defendant stated “Ycheon-si B Apartment apartment No. 101 Dong 1225, 1225,” and the seller’s column in the column of the building where the real estate sale contract was located, and printed out in the seller’s column, and then forged one copy of the real estate sale contract with respect to the above apartment No. 101 Dong 1225, which was registered in the name of the said D, by affixing the seal of the said D, and issued it to G without knowledge of the said circumstances as if they were duly formed.

The defendant stated "Ycheon-si B apartment No. 101 Dong 1337" in the column in the location of the building where the real estate sale contract is located in the above paragraph (a) date, location, computer, and printed out in the seller's column "Seoul Metropolitan City E, F, D, etc., and then affixed the above D's seal on the name side, and then forged one copy of the real estate sale contract on the above apartment No. 101 Dong 1337, which was registered in the above D's name.
