around June 2013, the Defendants submitted to financial institutions a false lease contract and acquired money under the name of the loan for the lease fund. Defendant A has overall control over the crime, such as preparing a false lease contract, and realizing an unafly accomplice who has performed a false lessor's role. Defendant C provided the above I J apartment No. 101-709, Guro-gu, Seoul under the husband's name, the object of the lease contract, and Defendant B continued to act as a false lessee.
