A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) indicated “D”, “H, I, J, K,K”, and “L” in each column in the name of “A, G, H, I, J, and K” and “L” in the field manager column; and (b) signed L in that name.

As a result, the Defendant, for the purpose of uttering, forged a letter of F output in the name of L, a private document related to rights and obligations, and forged 35 copies of L from that time to June 11, 2015.

2. On May 11, 2015, the Defendant: (a) at the F Office of the F Office located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-si, Sinnam-si, the Defendant issued and used a forged printing daily report as if it were a document that was duly formed; (b) and (c) granted 35 copies of the forged printing daily report as prescribed in the foregoing paragraph between June 11, 2015 and June 11, 2015.

3. The Defendant, at the time and place of the above 2 paragraphs, presented a copy of forged output as stated in the above 1 paragraph, to the victim N, the actual operator of F Co., Ltd., thereby deceiving the Defendant as if it was a document that was duly formed.

The Defendant presented to the victim a copy 35 of the forged output, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 1 to June 11, 2015, as the Defendant received KRW 480,000,000, in total, 50,000 as wages, from the victim, from the victim of such deception, from the victim’s 190,00 won, and received from the victim a total of 27 times as wages.
