A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. Crimes related to the opening or opening of a mobile phone;
A. On January 30, 2013, the Defendant forged a private document, D, ac-si, the Government-si, Seoul Metropolitan City Do Do.
In the E mobile phone agency run by the Defendant No. 117, for the purpose of exercising the right and duty, the Defendant forged the aforementioned new contract and one copy of the installment contract, which is a private document on the right and duty of the Defendant, with the purpose of exercising the right and duty on 10 occasions as shown on the model column of “A.I.D. 16G”, “G”, and “H”, written on the account page column, and written on the copy of “A.I.D. 16G”, “B” and “B”, and forged each of the above new contract and the installment contract, which is a private document on the right and duty of the Defendant, for the purpose of exercising the rights and duties over 10 times as shown in the list of crimes in the attached Form No. 1. 22 from that time to April 22, 2013.
B. On January 30, 2013, the Defendant: (a) sent the forged new contract and one copy of the installment contract to the person who was aware of the forgery to the head office of SK Telecom Co., Ltd. by facsimile; and (b) sent each copy of the forged contract as if the F were prepared or submitted; and (c) exercised two copies of the forged private document from that time to April 22, 2014; and (b) exercised each forged private document more than ten times, such as the copy of the attached crime list 2.

On January 30, 2013, the Defendant’s unlawful uttering of official document transmitted new subscription documents to the person who was in charge of joining the headquarters SK Telecom Co., Ltd., and sent one copy of the welfare card issued to the above F, with the permission of the above F, as if sent by facsimile one copy of each of the above F’s welfare card issued to the above F, and wrongfully used a copy of the welfare card issued to the government market, which is an official document, by facsimile, from that time to April 22, 2014.
