A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

"2014 Highest 422"

1. On October 10, 2012, around 18:00, the Defendant entering the building was in the “E” office operated by the victim D located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, and reported the interior bags on the tables, and intruded the building managed by the victim through an open back door with an intention to steals it.

2. The Defendant: (a) committed theft, at the same time and place as set forth in paragraph (1), with a single room for women’s use equivalent to KRW 670,00 in cash owned by another victim; and (b) with a single resident registration certificate, with a single room for women’s use equivalent to KRW 300,000 in market value.

3. On March 9, 2013, the Defendant: (a) around 21:00, at the “H” restaurant operated by the victim G in Gwangju Mine-gu, the Defendant was able to pay the price in a normal manner without the intent or ability to pay the price; and (b) ordered the victim to provide alcohol and food.

The Defendant, as such, by deceiving the victim, received from the victim the delivery of the victim four-person amounting to the sum of the market price of 49,000 won, and one disease amounting to the Plaintiff.

"2014 Highest 898"

1. A thief: (a) around April 18, 2013, at the J Office located in Gwangju Mine-gu I, the Defendant stolen the victim K with the amount of KRW 30,000,000 in cash on his/her own book, and the amount of KRW 600,000 in a new card.

2. On June 24, 2013, around 08:25, the Defendant said that the “N” office for the victim’s M management in Seo-gu L, Gwangju, “If the victim lends one set of piracy to the victim, the Defendant would use it at the construction site and pay 30,000 won per day.”

However, the defendant did not have the intention or ability to pay 30,000 won a day even if he was given a piracy from the victim.

Nevertheless, the defendant is at the market price of 350,000 won, immediately from the victim.
