The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant resided in Gwangju Mine-gu 102 Dong 1104, Gwangju apartment house 102, 1104, and tried to steal things after having intruded into the house through the open windows in the same building.

1. On May 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 09:00, around 102 Dong 1103, Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City apartment house 102 Dong 103; (b) entered the victim’s residence through a window, which was opened in the direction of the corridor between the victim D and into the victim’s residence; (c) invaded the victim’s residence; and (d) took a 3.50,000 won in cash owned by the victim, which was located in TV table.

2. The Defendant stated in this part of the facts charged on September 6, 2017 as “as of May 5, 2017, around 09:00,” but this is obvious that it is a clerical error in the “as of September 6, 2017, around 08:00,” and thus, the Defendant modified and recognized it as above.

In Gwangju Mine-gu 102 Dong 703, the victim E entered the residence of the victim through the window, which is opened in the direction of the corridor between the house and the house, and infringed on the victim's residence, and the victim's market price, which was the victim's possession of the 300,000 won in cash on the cooling table and the side table, was stolen.

3. On July 22, 2017, around 11:00, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim F, via a window opened in the direction of the corridor between the victim F, the Defendant: (b) intruded the victim’s residence by entering the said door; and (c) had a precious metal amounting to KRW 1,440,00,000, total of the market price at which TV table was released on the basis of TV table, and the net key equivalent to KRW 60,000,00,000, in the market price.

4. On September 6, 2017, around 09:06, the Defendant entered the victim’s residence through a window in which the victim D opened his house in the direction of the corridor in Gwangju Mine-gu, 102 Dong 1103 around September 6, 2017, and intrudes on the victim’s residence. The Defendant had CCTVs equivalent to KRW 2.60,00,000, the market price of which is KRW 340,000,000, total of the owners of the victim’s residence, such as CCTVs, and CCTV hacks, which are outside the market price of KRW 80,0
