신고를 받고 출동한 부산진경찰서 D지구대 소속 경찰관인 피해자 E이 그 경위 등을 파악하려고 하자 위 주점 업주 및 불상의 손님들이 있는 상태에서 피해자에게 “니가 경찰관이가. 이 자슥아. 이새끼 니는 뭐냐. 이 새끼 뭔 이런 새끼가 다 있노. 말똥가리 하나 새끼가”라는 등의 욕설을 하여 피해자를 모욕하였다.
