The punishment of the accused shall be determined by eight months of imprisonment.

Punishment of the crime

When one’s husband H was confined to a prison, the Defendant had been willing to receive a loan on his own as security with insurance purchased under the above H’s name.

1. Counterfeiting and uttering private documents related to the application for the certification of seal imprint;

A. On January 12, 2010, the Defendant forged private documents: (a) stated the following as “A”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “workplace attendance at work”, “spouse’s address, address, and date of attendance at work; and (b) stated “K”, “K”, “J in the name of H,” “J in the name of H”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “I”, “workplace attendance at work”, “spouse”, and “I”, “I”, “J in the name of H,” and “F in the name of H” in the relevant column.

H’s seal imprinted a letter of delegation with respect to H’s rights and duties, and forged a letter of delegation with respect to H’s personal seal imprint certificate in the name of the private document, as well as a letter of delegation with respect to H’s personal seal imprint certificate in the name of H for the purpose of exercising seven times more, such as one copy with respect to the attached crime list 1.

B. The Defendant exercised the above investigation document at each date, at each place specified in the above paragraph (a) and at each place seven times, each of the following events took place to the public official in charge of the community service center who is aware of the forgery, as if the power of attorney was duly formed.

2. Forgery and events of private documents related to the victim Korean life insurance company, and fraud;

A. On January 13, 2010, the Defendant: (a) entered “A”, “I”, and “H” and “K” in the letter of delegation on the letter of delegation for the purpose of exercising it at the Korea Life Insurance Co., Ltd. (former Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., a life insurance company prior to the change); (b) on the letter of delegation; and (c) held on the letter of delegation for the purpose of exercising it by the Korea Life Insurance Co., Ltd., Ltd. (former Life Insurance Co., Ltd

H’s seal shall be sealed and shall be in the column of the terms of delegation.
