A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

1. Forging a private document;
A. For the purpose of uttering, at around February 7, 2014, the Defendant forged private documents with respect to the letter of delegation for certification of seal imprint (3 copies), at “D Dong Office” located in the Gu, Chang-si, Chang-si, Seoul, for the purpose of uttering, the Defendant stated “A”, “E”, “E”, “FAPT 101, 804, 100,000 in the resident registration number column,” and “3 copies in the number column of issuance” in “the bank loan, in the column of delegation,” “work place in the relevant column,” “A husband and wife’s name in the relevant column, in the name of the delegating, “G,” and “A”, “A”, “B, and the name and address of the Defendant, without obtaining permission from the former 10,000 if he/she had been placed in the name and address column.”

B.
