Punishment of the crime

1. Crime committed on May 16, 2014

A. Around 00:00 on May 16, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (influence of public places) intruded the above female toilets with an intent to photograph the body parts of women, who are viewed as being melted by entering the toilets of the second floor of Guro-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, with a view to meeting their sexual desire.

B. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes”) 1. B. The defendant violates the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras, Use and photograph of Cameras)
