A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 16:00 on February 21, 2013, the Defendant entered a room room: (a) the body of women, who are considered to be melted in the fourth female toilets of the building C of the building C of Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu; (b) the Defendant, using a cell phone camera, was able to photograph the body of women who were melted in the fourth female toilets of the building C of the building C; and (c) the Defendant

A. The Defendant: (a) taken the victim’s body against his will that could cause sexual humiliation or shame, such as her upper part and lower part of the toilet partitions, in which the victim D (V, 29 years old) who is viewed to be melted in the 2nd column of the above toilet was placed in a place prior to the date and time set forth in paragraph (1) above; and (b) the victim’s body that could cause sexual humiliation or humiliation, such as her part.

B. At around 16:05 on the same day, the Defendant taken the victim’s body against the victim’s will, by the same method, who sees the light from the second square of the above toilet in the same manner, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame, such as her part, etc.

C. At around 16:10 on the same day, the Defendant taken the victim’s body against his will, in the same manner, from the third square of the above toilets, where the victim F (A, 30 years of age), who sees the second square of the above toilets, could cause sexual humiliation, such as the part, etc., or the depth of the victim’s body.
