Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 29, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (including Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes) and the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (i.e., Camera, etc.) (ii) taken pictures of the victim D (a name, bal, age 29) using a cell phone function of 7 mobile phones with his galthothothothothothm in order to take a female toilet at a 4th floor of Ethacheon-si, Ethicheon-si, a female toilet at a c.C., located in Ethicheon-si, Dacheon-si, in order to take a ballethic screen,

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the victim's body at a public place for the purpose of meeting his sexual desire, and taken the victim's body against his will that could cause sexual humiliation or shame by using a camera.

2. Around October 31, 2018, the Defendant committed a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes and a violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (i.e., Cameras, etc. of Sexual Crimes) (ii) (i.e., taking pictures of a female 4th floor of Dameras, a Dameras, etc. located in Ethcheon-si B, into the public toilets of the fourth floor of Ethical branch in Ethcheon-si (i.e., the Kameras, etc.), and attempted to take pictures of the victim D (a name, leisure, 29 years of age) who reported a change from the defendant's side screen by using the camera function of his galthoth-si mobile phone in his galthothothy and then escaped the victim's cell phone, but the victim discovered the Defendant

Accordingly, the Defendant attempted to take, against his will, the victim’s body, which could cause sexual humiliation or shame by infringing upon public places with a view to meeting his own sexual desire, and by using a camera, intended to take, and attempted to take, his body against his will.
