[criminal record] Defendant A was sentenced to imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act at the Incheon District Court on September 24, 2008 and completed the execution of the above sentence on May 23, 2010 at Busan Correctional Institution.

B On November 19, 2015, the Seoul High Court was sentenced to nine years of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 27, 2015.
[Criminal facts]
1. Defendant A’s crime;
(a) 2015 Gohap 75 Defendant A is not a handler of narcotics.
B Before separation, joint Defendant G (hereinafter “G”) was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for nine years at the Seoul High Court on November 19, 2015, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on November 27, 2015, on the following grounds: (a) Defendant B was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a period of nine years at the Seoul High Court on November 19, 2015.
The Defendant A received a penphone transported by G and sold it to Defendant A, Defendant A purchased the penphone when Defendant B imported the penphone, and Defendant I (hereinafter “I”) expressed that the joint Defendant I (hereinafter referred to as “I”) was engaged in contact and interpretation between Defendant B and Defendant A.
On January 26, 2015, G received approximately 2 kg of philopon from H from around 07:00 to the International Airport of the Red bean, which was located in Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, on January 26, 2015, and moved this to its own uniforms, and thereafter, G was on board the said philopon and entered the Incheon International Airport in the Republic of Korea, which was located in the Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon.
