Punishment of the crime

Defendant

On February 7, 2013, A was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (compact) at the Suwon method, and the execution of the sentence was terminated on January 2, 2014.

No person, other than a handler of narcotics of 2016 Gohap 421, shall administer, possess, deliver, or receive Metropha (one philogramopon; hereinafter referred to as "philoopon"), which is a local mental medicine, and the Defendants are not narcotics handlers.

1. Defendant A and E, at around 02:00 on January 5, 2015, in the mutual influorial telephones located in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. The Defendant: (a) divided the phiphone into two in a single-use injection instrument; (b) injected the philophones into water; (c) injected them with the consent of E; and (d) injected the remainder of the philophones located in approximately 0.1g in his arms.

Accordingly, the Defendant, in collusion with E, dealt with philophones over eight times from around that time to August 25, 2016, such as the list of crimes in the attached list.

2. Defendant B

A. On June 20, 2016, the Defendant, at the construction site for F apartment complexes located in the Do Government-si, dumped with water approximately 0.05g of philopon contained in a single-use injection machine that was given free of charge from the above A, and administered philopon into the Defendant’s arms bloodline, and administered philopon.

B. On August 24, 2016, the Defendant administered philophones by inserting approximately 0.05g of philophones, which were delivered without compensation from the above A, into water, around 0.05g of philophones.

Defendant A of 2017 Gohap 6:

1. On January 11, 2016, around 02:00, in the street in the vicinity of Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, one of the following: (a) in the previous month, approximately 1.5 million vinyl 14.6g, purchased from J’s “J”, and stored approximately 1.5g vinyl 1.5g, and carried a phiphone in the bags accompanied by the Defendant.

2. Handphone medication 18:00 on the lower order of March 2016, Gangnam-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu.
