Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the deputy secretary-general of the organization Category B, and Category D is the deputy director-general of the organization E branch.

Around January 14, 2019, the Defendant and D decided to hold an assembly to demand the improvement of wage, personal business environment, etc. in front of the Gangwon-do F Building, and the Defendant participated in the assembly to negotiate with G companies by setting the number of assembly participants, the place of assembly, etc., and by representing the position of participants in the assembly.

1. Around 11:04 on January 14, 2019, the Defendant and D, in violation of the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint residence intrusion) enter the parking lot with 45 participants in the assembly where their names cannot be known after pushing away the ice rink installed in advance for the purpose of demanding an increase in wages, improvement of working conditions, and an interview with the head of the customer headquarters support center of the pertinent company in relation to the improvement of working conditions, and making an offer of relief, speaking, etc.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd the building managed by others in conjunction with D.

Business interference D demanded an interview with the director of the above company's Gangwon Customer headquarters at the same time, time, and place as the above Paragraph 1 above, and suggested relief related to the improvement of the business environment for about 10 minutes with the participants in the assembly whose name is unknown, and took part in the assembly in the manner of attending the demonstration at the site and attending the demonstration.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with D, interfered with the affairs related to the access control and maintenance of order of the Gangwon Customer Headquarters by force.
