Punishment of the crime

No one may hold any outdoor assembly or stage any demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary point of the National Assembly building of the National Assembly. From November 3, 2011, the Defendant organized “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization Headquarters” in the front of the Korea Industrial Bank, Yong-do Industrial Bank, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul.
