A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 1, 2013, the Defendant attended the 123th World Labor Section B’s national workers’ competitions held in Seoul Square from around 15:30 to around 123, and obstructed the passage of vehicles by arranging approximately 1,50 minutes from May 1, 2013 to about 23, 200 other participants of the assembly. On May 1, 2013, the Defendant occupied 6 lanes in two directions before the “Puer hotel in Jung-gu Seoul, Seoul, which is located in 23.” The Minister of Labor: “The Minister of Labor will resolve the problem of pair” using diskettes, and instead, by taking out relief, from May 1, 2013 to around 17:00 on May 1, 2013 to around 18:20 on the same day, the Defendant interfered with the passage of vehicles by organizing approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with approximately 1,50 participants in other assemblies to interfere with traffic on land by other means.
