The defendant is innocent. The summary of this judgment shall be notified publicly.

1. No person charged may hold any outdoor assembly or stage any demonstration at a place within one hundred meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building;

From around 14:00 on November 3, 201, the Defendant organized “Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization (Korea-U.S.) Korea (U.S.) Korea Industrial Bank prior to the Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Industrial Bank.” Around 14:40 on the same day, the “B organization” head of the Secretariat of Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization (Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization) took place with approximately 3,00 persons who participated in the assembly from around 3:0 to around 15:40 on the day, and instigates the National Assembly to enter the National Assembly, approximately 3,00 persons of the Defendant’s and demonstration group (3:00 persons) were fluencing the National Assembly’s cultural horse to the south of Korea-do Industrial Bank, according to what they moved to the right-hand side of the police station under the Korea-U.S. Free Trade Organization (U.S.)’s name, which took place from around 10:30 meters to 15:40 meters of the National Assembly conference.

Accordingly, the defendant participated in an outdoor assembly or demonstration at a place within 100 meters from the boundary of the National Assembly building, which is the place where the assembly or demonstration is prohibited.

2. Determination

A. As consistent from the investigative agency to this court, the Defendant took part in an assembly before the National Assembly's death on the day of the instant case, but the police was obstructed by the National Assembly's death, prevented the Defendant from entering the police, and was arrested while making a photograph of the Defendant's face, and there was no error in participating in the assembly and demonstration of the instant case.
